Dispatch time
Every device is prepared and tested before it leaves us, so orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment being confirmed.
You will receive an email as soon as your order is on its way.
Where we deliver
PrivacyGraph currently delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery costs
UK delivery — dispatched within 3–5 working days. The delivery option and its cost are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking and receipt
Devices are sent on a tracked, signed-for service. Someone needs to be available to sign for the parcel.
If a parcel does not arrive within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will follow it up.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email us photos on the day of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
