PrivacyGraph is an independent business and is not affiliated with Google LLC, the GrapheneOS project, or Proton.

You are buying a prepared device package: compatible Google Pixel hardware with GrapheneOS installed before dispatch, together with an eSIM, Proton VPN and Proton Mail as described on the product page at the time of purchase.

Included services are provided by their respective providers and are subject to those providers' own terms.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include the preparation, testing and support described on the site. Payment is taken through our payment provider's hosted payment page.

An order is accepted once payment has been confirmed to us by the payment provider.

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery options and costs are confirmed at checkout.

You may return a device within 30 days of delivery, and every device carries a 30 days warranty. Full details are on the Returns & Warranty page.

PrivacyGraph prepares a privacy-focused setup. We do not claim that any device makes you anonymous or untraceable, and privacy outcomes depend partly on how the device is used.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
